Eastern Rhino Mining and Construction Limited works where minerals, land and building meet. We hold a medium-scale mining registration and operate in building construction and property development, led from Ghana by Managing Director Daniel Antwi, with more than fifteen years of running companies in contract mining, haulage and construction across Ghana.
Our way of working starts before any machine does: with the traditional authorities and communities who hold the land. It was that engagement that secured the executed head lease — the root of title — for our flagship estate in the Eastern Region.

Site acquisition and titling on customary land, and development of residential estates on secured ground.
Flagship development
Our flagship development is a phased estate of architect-designed cabins on secured, titled land in the highlands of the Eastern Region — delivered with its own estate roads, water, power and full estate management, and sold with a registered sub-lease per cabin.

How we work
Our developments run on a formal document register of engineering, commercial and legal deliverables, a decision log, and gate-based quality control — no phase proceeds until the previous one passes inspection. Construction is planned around published cost and manning plans, tendered contracts, and independent quantity surveying — so clients, buyers and partners can see the basis of what they are paying for.

Ghanaian mining and construction principal with 15+ years running companies in contract mining, haulage and heavy-duty equipment rental across Ghana. Daniel leads operations on the ground — from traditional-authority engagement and land security to site delivery.
